FUN Show to Kick-Off the New Year

For as long as we can remember coin dealers have looked forward to the New Year; a fresh start and FUN. Whether you are a buyer, seller, or both, FUN is the show that positions dealers for the next phase of the coin market. In addition, Heritage Galleries will conduct another major auction with many fantastic rarities. The metals have been lower for the last few weeks, which may create opportunities for dealers, collectors, and investors to jump in at reduced levels. Currently, the one ounce Proof Gold Eagle in OGP is trading at $1,825 and the Proof Silver Eagle is at $59. Circulated Dollars are holding strong, now at $31,850 per bag of one thousand.
Over the last several weeks most dealers have continued to trade in better date coins when they are available. Especially strong are Type I and Type II Twenties in most grades above XF, Morgan Dollars in all grades and GSA Carson City Dollars certified by NGC. In fact, all Carson City coins are quite popular in today's market. The following is a list of coins that have been tracked at higher Market levels.
